A: Every Wednesday we send the complete list to all subscribers (paid and free).

A: We cover a wide range of writing roles, including content writing, copywriting, blog writing, technical writing, editing, ghostwriting, SEO writing, UX writing, and journalism. Roles range from freelance gigs to full-time positions across many industries.


Q: Are the jobs remote?

A: The vast majority are fully remote or remote-friendly. We occasionally feature hybrid or location-specific roles, but we always make that clear in the listing.


Q: How often will I receive emails?

A: Every weekday, Monday through Friday. Each edition includes a fresh batch of curated writing jobs. Weekends off, because writers deserve rest too.


Q: Where do you find these jobs?

A: We pull from dozens of sources, company career pages, job boards, freelance platforms, direct submissions from employers, and our own research. Every listing is reviewed before it goes out.


Q: Do you only feature paid positions?

A: Yes. We don’t list unpaid gigs, exposure-only opportunities, or roles with vague compensation. If the pay isn’t fair, it doesn’t make the cut.


Q: I subscribed but I’m not getting emails. What’s going on?

A: First, check your spam or promotions folder, that’s where newsletters sometimes end up. If you find us there, mark the email as “not spam” or move it to your primary inbox. You can also add our sender address to your contacts. If you’re still having issues, reach out and we’ll help sort it out.

A: Absolutely. If you’re hiring writers, editors, copywriters, or any content professional, we’d love to feature your listing. Your opportunity will go out to 13,000+ subscribers who are actively looking for work.


Q: How much does it cost to post a job?

A: $30 per listing. One flat fee, no recurring charges. Your job will be featured in our daily newsletter for a full week (5 editions).


Q: How do I submit a listing?

A: Send an email to support@contentwritingjobs.com with the following:

  1. Job Title, The name of the role

  2. Company Name, (e.g. “Craftled” or “Best Writing”)

  3. Brief Description, A few sentences about the job, pay range, and what you need

  4. Application Link, Where candidates should apply

We’ll review your listing and have it live within 24–48 hours.


Q: What kind of jobs can I post?

A: Any legitimate, paid writing or content role, freelance, contract, part-time, or full-time. This includes content writing, copywriting, editing, ghostwriting, journalism, SEO, technical writing, and more.


Q: Will my listing be edited?

A: We may lightly edit for clarity, length, or formatting to match our newsletter style, but we won’t change the substance of your listing. If we have questions, we’ll reach out before publishing.


Q: Can I post more than one job at a time?

A: Yes. Each listing is $30. If you’re posting multiple roles, just include them all in your email and we’ll confirm the total.


Q: Can I update or remove my listing after it’s published?

A: Yes, just email us and we’ll make the change as fast as we can. If a role has been filled, let us know and we’ll pull it from future editions.
