We are currently seeking a Technical Writer who can join our team. This is a remote position and can be based out of any location globally.
- You enjoy learning and collaborating with Marketing, Developer Relations, Software Engineers, and Customer Success teams to scope and define content projects.- You write concise, easy-to-understand content and documentation that simplifies complex technical concepts into content consumable by all skill levels and roles. - You will use your writing and technical skills to write clear and consistent documentation, technical blogs, and tutorials on high-complexity features.- You review and edit documentation drafts contributed by peers.- You contribute to and lead strategic content initiatives to enhance current content inventory and future content creation.- You will write for experienced users and those new to Dgraph. Your work will support a global community of Dgraph users.
- 3+ years of technical writing experience in the software industry. - Experience writing technical documentation for developers from scratch to finish- Strong critical reading and writing fundamentals- Experience with database technologies (NoSQL, RDBMS, Graph Database) or data warehouse technologies- A technical background or a strong knack for learning technical concepts and tools.
