POP seeks a freelance Senior Copywriter to help concept and drive creativity on one of our accounts. You will develop a meaningful, category-disrupting campaign, and partner with the team to build exciting creative while protecting brand voice and tone. You are imaginative, collaborative and comfortable working within a project team to concept and develop exceptional digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and sell through an idea with written words
- Think creatively about a product or service, and communicate it in writing that is memorable and effective
- Produce short- and medium-form copy, in social media / advertising (static and scripted, digital and traditional)
- Write in a wide range of voices and styles
- Develop conceptual ideas that align with overall creative strategy and communicate them through creative writing
- Advocate for the best possible creative solutions
- Align content and voice to client brand and campaign style guides.
What We’re Looking For
- A fantastic portfolio at least 8 years’ campaign experience
- Experienced brainstormer, agency creative
- Experience in web, mobile, social and emerging platforms
- Ability to work with a wide variety of creative team members
- Work on multiple projects, small or large, with various project leads.
