This position is for an experienced marketer, with a track record to show it. For every hire, we look for new team members that are so good at what they do that they make us nervous working with them.

We never imagined just how much our community would grow to love the Tribe. In our first year, about 10% of first-time members came back. Apparently, there's something that we’re doing really, really well, but we should be shouting it from every rooftop. Drumroll… this is where you come in! You have an incredible ‘product’ at your hands that’s backed by a passionate, tight-knit community… Can you turn that into marketing gold?

To kick ass, you’ll have to fuse art and science (creativity and analytics), tell compelling stories, and above all, listen attentively to our members and our wider audience on social media to know what our audience truly feels and how to sound their heart strings.

  • 3+ years experience in an email and content marketing role
  • 3+ years experience in copywriting
  • examples of past marketing campaigns

Primary Responsibilities

1. own WiFi Tribe’s content marketing strategy

2. own WiFi Tribe’s email marketing strategy

3. become WiFi Tribe’s go-to marketing copywriter

4. launch all our new products

Additional Responsibilities

  • work closely with the Product team to launch new products
  • work closely with the Admissions team to create a remarkable applicant and member experience (customer journey) across all communication
  • make data-driven decisions and prove campaign effectiveness with analytics
  • hire in/collaborate with external experts (often members of our community) that can help us move things forward
  • learn new marketing strategies and tactics every day
  • build trust with our community and extended audience
  • opportunies to dive into paid social (IG, TikTok, FB)
  • dream up new campaigns
  • explore new marketing channels (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn)

  • Compensation TBD (within the range specified) and dependent on how many hours (part time/full time)
  • Fully remote work (work from wherever in the world you feel most productive)
