  • Agency experience preferred, as well as marketing communications experience (response driving emails experience essential for this role).
  • Write clear, concise and engaging copy for emails, websites, guides, blog posts and social media
  • Write in the brand tone of voice
  • Have experience of writing for different customer segments and the ability to flex content and tone to meet the needs and motivations of these different segments
  • Educate and inform in a witty and engaging manner
  • Have a thirst for knowledge and quickly get to grips with product and topics via desk research and speaking to colleagues in other departments
  • Socially perceptive: understand how people will react to your writing and have your finger on the pulse so your copy is relevant and modern
  • Strong research skills
  • Generate brand ideas and initiatives
  • Proven experience as a copywriter
  • Experience of developing email content to support the customer journey and retain customers
  • Online ad copy
  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience with SEO
