You are excited to create content that surrounds the toys and characters that you grew up loving. Maybe you’re a fan of the leader of the Autobots or Optimus Prime? Perhaps you had a birthday party themed around Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony?
Well now you can go from playing with Monopoly money to making real money working on the game of Monopoly!
Left Foot Blue creates compelling, memorable content for all of Hasbro’s storied brands. This outstanding opportunity is a chance to exhibit elite storytelling to consumers and fans world-wide. And here’s the best part……..most of your scripts don’t get shredded or sent to the circular file (aka the wastebasket). Your ideas come to life on location, on our huge in-house sound stage, and online.
We’ve got a digital-first mentality. We make trend-relevant assets. And, we make a lot of them for some of the most whimsical and fun products you can wrap your head around. On any given day, you might twist your words around the newest Twister, you might decide “this is the way” to advertise the newest Star Wars Mandalorian Grogu toy, or your ideas might mold the newest campaign for Play-Doh!
We’re after creative voices that understand how to convey humor and emotion. Ideally you also have a solid understanding of the entire production and post-production process. Our creative team follows our vision from blank page all the way to delivery.
YOU will lead your idea through the process, and you’ll have plenty of support so it turns out as great as it can be. You might consider yourself a writer. We want to help you become a maker.
We have exceptional technology and resources, and we’re looking for driven, focused individuals with the brainpower and mentality to make them count. There is never a dull moment.
Some Of Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities In No Particular Order Are
- Conceptualize original content and write scripts
- Develop, generate, and execute high level ideas (often with a steady partner)
- Work closely with the creative director, producers, editors, motion graphics, and more to bring ideas alive
- Pitch and sell ideas to clients
- You’ll go on shoots and take script and stage notes
- Work in editing suites to supervise the finished product
- Sometimes you’ll do all that in the same day

The Ideal Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Arts
- Strong sense of production, post-production, music, and grammar
- 5+ years experience in an advertising, internal or digital marketing agency
- Able to handle multiple projects in a FAST-PACED work environment
- Expertise in Microsoft Word
You’ll also need to be able to execute those breakthrough ideas in various formats, including digital, broadcast and social. That could include memes, YouTube content, Insta or Tik Tok videos or whatever new platform is invented next week.
