We are looking for someone with strong SEO knowledge who will be focussing on how to make our blog a powerful content machine generating traffic and ultimately leads. Your Tasks

• Devise a content marketing strategy and content processes
• Analyse existing content and it’s metrics to find opportunities to generate more organic traffic via content initiative
• Write and proofread interesting and well-researched content, mostly focusing on our blog
• Make sure that the content is well SEO optimized
• Manage content outsourcing process (working with freelancers, providing briefs, ensuring the quality)
• Take complex topics and present them in an easy and engaging way
• Collaborate with other team members to produce high-impact and quality content

Your Challenge - After the first 6 months you will have achieved the following

• You have increased organic traffic via our blog
• You have created a content calendar and ensure successful following
• You ensured a high velocity of content production
• You have established relevant content engagement metrics, like time on site or CTR etc.

Your Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience as Content Marketing Manager or Content Writer, preferably in an E-commerce SaaS environment
• Knowledge of key metrics relevant to content marketing and proven track record performing against them
• Proven track record of engaging content writing that drives results
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google search console
• Hands on experience with Wordpress or other CMS
• Experience in managing freelance content writers
