Responsibilities:

- Manage all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that drive interest, deliver sales and customer retention
- Create compelling original content (whitepapers, case studies, video formats, newsletters, web content, data sheets, presentations, blogs, etc.)
- Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies complete with distribution planning to disseminate content
- A good understanding of SEO, content development, distribution and measurement
- Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
- Working closely with web designers on page layout, content organization and graphics
- Develop persona understanding and create persona targeted content. Work on continuous optimization for interest and conversions
- Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution
- Manage social media channels and optimize which content and approaches work on each and why
- Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in driving content for a global audience
- Experience in creating content for the web and growing a social audience
- Experience with wordpress, Google analytics, Slideshare, and the top social channels
- Data-driven and highly analytical. Proficiency in social media analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication
