What You'll Do:
Lark’s coaching AI relies on great content writers who are comfortable with technology. In this role, you’ll be designing the conversational messages that Lark delivers to millions of users. You should have a passion for writing in the behavioral space, and be able to draw on your own experience and training to craft fun, engaging, and meaningful content. You'll be working closely with product designers and product managers to craft a user experience that helps educate, empower, and support people to overcome health challenges. The majority of your work will be spent designing and writing content, but you will also advise the larger team on behavioral coaching best practices, sourced from your training and from your real-life experiences with clients. The ideal candidate will use their behavioral health experience to help Lark deliver coaching to millions of users.
What You'll Need:
- Licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- 3-5 years of experience in content development and strategy in the coaching and behavioral space
- Outstanding writing skills
- Comfort with technology and basic coding tools (git etc) preferred but not required
- Ability to translate face to face therapy into a written conversational format
- Experience with usability testing preferred but not required
